Michael L. Ross, DO, is a talented and compassionate osteopathic physician and the founder of Ross Medical Group in Miami, a full service, family practice that has served the community since 1995.
Dr. Ross earned his medical degree from Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and completed his residency and internship at Westchester General Hospital in Coral Terrace, Florida. He’s currently board-certified in family practice by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians and enjoys active staff privileges at Baptist Hospital in Miami, South Miami Hospital, and Doctors Hospital in Coral Gables, Florida.
Dr. Ross is incredibly active in his field and is a member of the American Medical Association, the American Academy of Family Physicians, the American Osteopathic Association, the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians, and the Southern Medical Association. He’s also an immigration examiner and a senior federal aviation examiner with the federal aviation administration.
As an osteopath, Dr. Ross believes in a medical philosophy that treats the whole person, not just the symptoms of an underlying disease. At Ross Medical Group, he aims to help patients of all ages prevent diseases in addition to treating and diagnosing any conditions that might already be present.
